植物中小分子热激蛋白基因家族(sHSPs)研究进展

摘 要:

热激蛋白(HSP)是从细菌到高等真核生物中普遍存在的在受到环境胁迫的响应后迅速合成的一类蛋白, 它们几乎在所有的植物中起着重要的作用。真核生物的HSP根据分子量的大小可以分为5个家族, 即HSP100、HSP90、HSP70、HSP60和小分子热激蛋白(sHSPs)。因为sHSPs的分子量普遍在20 kDa左右, 故也称为HSP20。近年来的研究表明sHSPs基因家族在响应植物非生物胁迫中起着重要的作用。本文介绍了sHSPs基因结构和功能的最新研究进展, 为阐明其在不同植物中的功能提供参考。

Abstract:

Heat shock protein is a class of protein that can be rapidly synthesized when subjected to environmental stress. It exists in many living cells from bacteria to higher eukaryotes and plays an important role in almost all plants. Eukaryotic heat shock protein can be divided into five families according to the molecular weights: HSP100, HSP90, HSP70, HSP60 and small heat shock proteins (sHSPs). Generally, the molecular weight of sHSPs is around 20 kDa, so it is also called HSP20. Recent studies have shown that the sHSPs gene families play an important role in response to plant abiotic stress. In this study, the research progress of sHSPs gene structure and function were introduced. It would provide essential information for elucidating its function in different plants on a molecular basis.
